Established in 2011, Brustowicz Brew has evolved from its simple roots in home brewing into an established brewery committed to providing quality beverages and grooming the next generation of local, independent brewers.
Our award-winning beers are now available in the Boston-area, but we still like to think of ourselves as Newton's family home brewers. In the spirit of the home brewing community, we've "open sourced" our recipes to those who share our passion for making good beer.
